Located in the heart of the central business district in Bangkok, All Seasons Place provides top grade office, residence, shopping center and entertainment which meet today’s most demanding business needs. - Retail podium; Escalator 16 Units 17 and 20 years of age.
Project Description: Elevating Studio was engaged to inspect the Vertical Transportation system of the 3 towers (CRC Tower, Capital Tower and M Thai Tower), and the shopping mall. To inspect the condition of the equipment, and to determine the remaining life time of key components. In addition, Elevating Studio tested the elevators and escalators as per EN81 and EN115 safety norms, and certified the safety of the equipment.
